What this site is

buymend.com is operated by MEND Sciences, Inc., a Delaware corporation. It is a pre-launch site for MEND+, a hand sanitizer that is still in development: it provides information about the product and lets you join a waitlist. Nothing is for sale here.

The waitlist and the founding member offer

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side. It is not an order, a reservation, or a contract of sale.

Founding members get early access ahead of public launch and the Founding Circle rate: 20% off every order, for life. The rate is activated with your launch order, does not apply to bulk or resale purchases, and cannot be combined with other promotions. Final terms will be confirmed before you are asked to pay anything.

Launch timing is a plan, not a promise. Product development slips.

Product information

We describe MEND+ as accurately as we can, and we update the site as testing completes. Efficacy testing referenced as pending is exactly that — pending — and is labelled where it appears.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. MEND+ is a hand sanitizer formulated to support the skin barrier; it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a skin condition, talk to a clinician. If your skin is reactive, patch-test any new product, including this one.

Acceptable use

Please do not submit addresses that are not yours, attempt to disrupt or overload the site, scrape it at volume, or use it for anything unlawful. We rate-limit the signup form and may block access that looks abusive.

Our content

The MEND+ name, the M+END wordmark, OleoShield™, the site's text, design and imagery belong to us. You are welcome to link to the site. Please do not copy the content or use the branding without permission.

No warranty, and limits on liability

The site is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that everything on it is complete and current at every moment.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means the current version applies.
