About
MEND+ exists because the people who need to sanitize most are the people it hurts most.
The problem we started with
Alcohol is the only thing that reliably kills germs on hands, and alcohol dissolves the lipids that hold the skin barrier together. For most people that trade is invisible. For nurses, teachers, parents and anyone with eczema or sensitive skin, it shows up as dryness, cracking and irritation — and then as sanitizing less, exactly when it matters most.
The category answered that by making sanitizer smell better and look better. Nobody changed what it does to skin.
What we built
MEND+ is a hand sanitizer formulated specifically for eczema-prone and sensitive skin. It meets the same CDC standard as any clinical sanitizer — 60%+ ethyl alcohol — and pairs it with OleoShield™, a barrier-supporting complex anchored on safflower oleosomes, alongside niacinamide and oat beta glucan.
The alcohol does the sanitizing at full strength. The rest of the formula is there for the skin that has to take it, every day.
How we work
The formula was developed with dermatologists, plus advisors from Supergoop!, L’Oréal and Pfizer. Every ingredient was screened against the National Eczema Association’s Ecz-clusion List. Our in-home tester pool includes people with eczema, because they are the people the product has to work for.
MEND+ launches early 2027. Until then the waitlist is how we stay in touch.
